Stanford d.school Teaching & Learning Yearbook

Annual publication for supporters of the Stanford d.school’s Teaching & Learning program.

With event and image availability limited during the pandemic, we instead commissioned photographs of empty d.school spaces. Paired with bold typography and a bright palette, the publication captures the team’s innovative methods even through uncertain times.

As part of their 68th annual competition, the yearbook was included in the Type Director’s Club’s series of international exhibitions. Beginning at New York’s Cooper Union school, eight identical exhibitions toured dozens of cities in the United States, Canada, England, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Poland, South Korea, Spain and Taiwan.

194 pages, 8 × 8, 4-color, perfect bound.
